Joseph Seed and the Seed family. Joseph in particular because there is something about religious fanaticism and corruption that is very powerful. Given that people have used religion to justify everything from murder to war. I only recently started playing the game but I know when I saw Joseph staring at me and reaching his hands out to be arrested I was genuinely terrified. It was the way he looks at you, his character design is amazing and his voice is calm, trusting even. There’s something about his character that causes you to become enraptured with him even though you also know that he can and will commit various atrocities and think it all in the plan and path to salvation. Not to mention he does in some ways, remind me of Hans Landa from ‘Inglorious Bastards’ and Hans has always been one of my favorite villains.
