I already said on another post like this one that psychopaths can technically be affably evil. There is a difference between having a lack of empathy and being just evil. Psychopaths just can’t feel emotions towards others, making them most of the time neutral, or selfish, so yes, they can be affably evil.

I think they actually can. Psychopaths usually try to fit with society, so when someone or something doesn’t interact badly with their plan, they tend to be neutral or polite.
