He may not really Count due to his Redemption, there is a Possibility had he not Redeemed but Died he could Count

No for these Reasons:

• In his Heist to Rob, he doesn't Kill Humanity and only Kills his Archenemies who Oppose him plus only Kills in Self Defense

• The Brainwashing of all Guineas Pig isn't too Heinous

I Understand the Criteria but I'm starting to see Audrey II as Pure Evil since on NPE I asked for Scenes that Counted as Minor Comic Relief and some had Doubts there were really any and I gave it a Thought and a Lot of his Evil Actions had a Dark Tone. For Bellwether, we see that she has Doug's Phone Number and she Called Doug on the Phone towards the Reveal, and Flashbacks were seen with Doug Shooting Predators to Savage them thus confirming she's Part of the Crime Scenes Masking herself to get away with her Evil and for Dark Meta Knight in Kirby Star Allies, it stated that he's only Allying with Kirby to Steal the Jamba Hearts to Gain more Power for his Evil thus making him Pragmatic and does not truly Redeem himself.
