Crazy how there was not a single good superhero movie in 2024

Richard Strickland (The Shape of Water)
Hela (Thor: Ragnarok)
Of these, Proximus, although he isn’t even in my top 10 villains of the year.
No no, you’re not wrong. Outside of Dementus, Feyd-Rautha, Macrinus, and Megatron, they’ve been fairly eh overall
“I will begin my operations here, and tear the rebels apart piece by piece. They’ll be the architects of their own destruction.”

Bro is comparing a dog to the literal manifestation of Death itself 💀💀
(In no particular order)
Sauron, Koba, Lots’o-Huggin Bear, Baron Zemo, Original T-800, Baron Harkonnen, Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, Spot, Dementus, Xenomorphs
I liked him a lot. We’ve not had a new live-action Sith in a long time, and his philosophy and methods of manipulation are fascinating and not quite what we’ve seen before.
Honestly I found him to be really boring. Like every villain in this franchise is gimmicky, of course, but he didn’t do anything interesting enough to make the gimmick fun. His whole shtick was “haha I am cockroach man I don’t like Gru so I’m gonna steal his child.” That’s it. That’s the extent of his jokes. He’s not funny, he’s not entertaining, he’s not compelling.
The Stranger (Star Wars)
Hux, Phasma, Vader (in Kenobi), Reva
