As a kid I loved Lord Zedd before Rita came and brainwashed him. It felt stupid and I hate they did that, since even Goldar couldn’t reverse it. Anyhow I’m more into Japanese Tokusatsus now and they have a more mature audience.
Like Radiguet from Chojin Sentai Jetman (Super Sentai) who is a heartless monster that harms others out of petty spite. As well as Takeshi Asakura from Kamen Rider Ryuki who butchered his own family out of essentially boredom.

Toei movie PE villains because they lack any kind of development or great characterization. In fact Toei struggles with creating well written deplorable villains, Takeshi Azakura being an exception.

I wouldn't say he's the most realistic villain in the world. I wouldn't say he's the best but he is great. Overall this is a matter of opinion.

Back in the day when there was no whitelist and no proposals, the admins did something called auto-approving villains. After some time people could make proposals and they made the whitelist and the wiki was built to how it is like today. All the villains that get formality posts were auto-approved and were just put by the admins. Recently we have decided to do proper evaluation to all these villains except for some that are so obvious that it needs no proposal. I don’t think that you should make him a page since none of this has been confirmed yet and knull hasn’t even been confirmed as a character, even though it may be highly anticipated.

@YuniFanboy there aren’t that few American Kamen Rider fans like there are many people I know who like Kamen Rider in America including myself. I agree on Ouja. I would also say Joker from Nolanverse. I’m pretty surprised no one has even brought him up.
