5: Chucky - I've only seen the first Child's Play, but I really enjoyed Brad Dourif's performance. It truly brought the character to life.
4: Ghostface (Billy & Stu) - One of my favorite villainous duos in any film. Lillard and Ulrich have have such great chemistry.
3: IT/Pennywise - It's characterization isn't perfect, but Pennywise is still an expertly crafted monster. Skaarsgard's performance is excellently creepy, sadistic and cunning.
2: Michael Myers - One of my favorite film representations of pure evil. Michael is a very eerie presence who is terrifying because of his lack of motive, his intelligence and simplicity.
1: Jigsaw/John Kramer - The Saw is undoubtably soap opera-esque, but John Kramer stands out as a truly great character. His pathology is fascinating and engaging, and Tobin Bell brings so much nuance and menace to Kramer.
And I haven't seen The Conjuring franchise, so.

It's a VERY underrated movie, and Andrew is a great character. The film does a superb job in making a sympathetic yet still intimidating character.

Gonna wait to watch D&W, but I’d personally go with Ajax. I found him entertaining, menacing and he had a unique presence. Casual yet sadistic, a combination that I like in villains.
I think it’s really brave that Mindy Kailing portrayed her true self on screen.
