Hilarious yet hatable antagonist, shame he died.
He is Eduardo Perez.
Yeah, his death is good as is-he's reduced to slop and defeated by the people he viewed as inferior without being able to resist.
I know I'm late and unlikely to change minds, but I feel Stolas was fine being listed here. Even outside the pilot, he's still acknowledged as providing I.M.P. the book they need to do their job of killing people and stops the agents, who are mostly heroic antagonists, from killing I.M.P. Overall, I think he's portrayed as shady enough to count, though I understand why people could disagree.
Okay, I do have to ask, what the hell did Odalia do to her daughter?
Well, all of them, they're all pricks.
As for who's the biggest one...I'd say Crimson. The others at least don't want their children to die from what I read. Crimson abused Moxxie for years, made him see that he killed his mother, molded him into a hitman (if a moral one), never bailed him out of jail, forcefully married him off to his creepy ex, threatened to kill him, and now seems to be ready to fulfill that threat.
Well, I only watched one, so...
Well, its definitely an interesting crossover. Not sure what Stolas and Death have in common, though.
Crimson (Helluva Boss)
Striker
Being affably to just one person doesn't count for some reason, so I guess Faux.
We don't know much, I believe, all we know is that Vecna gave him form. He was definitely alive before Vecna came. I think its best to wait.
Where is Darth Bane? Wasn't he the Sith'ari?
Who was it?
Ah.
*300.
In Minion Rush, he seemingly got back, but apparently, extra information on the Despicable Me 3 DVD says he's still stuck.
The Narrative treating a villain comedically is the same as them not being the most heinous. It means the story itself detracts from their crimes. Likewise, a villain who fails the standards is detracted by not being able to stand out in the story itself, even if other characters take them as the largest threat for whatever reason. PE's can be laughable, but not in a way that makes them seem dumb or detracts from their evil.
@PokeFairy I think the user meant to say Andrias has more redeeming qualities, while Belos has zero. Also, Andrias doesn't seem to be planning genocide.
I think Latham Cole and Butch Cavendish.
