If you don’t know who he is, he’s from a game called “Cookie Run Kingdom”. So there is a king named Dark Cacao Cookie,
And there was a time where Affogato tried to get rid of Dark Cacao so he could usurp the throne. He also convinced Dark Cacao to banish this person called Caramel Arrow Cookie,
Telling him that she’s been evading her First Watcher duties, but in reality, Caramel Arrow was just helping people and didn’t do anything to deserve banishment. Affogato Cookie is very manipulative, and you can learn more about him in the links below.
