The term “Alligator” is likely an anglicized form of El Lagarto which is spanish for “The Lizard” which early Spanish explorers and settlers in Florida called The Alligator.

@Modofk1 I thought he only killed his wife’s variants mainly and Infinity Ultron wiped out ALL Life in his universe AT LEAST (besides Natasha Romanoff) everywhere else in The Multiverse I don’t think we really saw him kill anyone with our own eyes.
