Yes, he does.
Yeah, they can have some out of universe. But they have to be taken completely serious in universe.
Who is that? If it's who I think he is, I think he fits for a children's show, just not sure which one though.
Iceberg villain yes brrrrr
Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat, Joker of Injustice, and others I don't know about.
The iceberg is a villain because of mass murder and terrorism. Maybe other stuff.
All of the villains I despise. I'll just do a top 5 because there are a LOT of them.
Shang Tsung because stealing innocent people's souls to keep himself alive for many centuries is just not okay.
William Wharton, killing two innocent girls and falsely accusing John Coffey for a crime he never committed. Wharton is not as heinous as Shang Tsung in my opinion.
Dolores Umbridge, being a Karen and slapping innocent children just because she isn't getting her way. Go speak to my manager, Dolores. Then, you have her abusing the Black Quill eventually hurting the child.
Lotso, because of his Moral Event Horizon crossing, and the fact that he rules over a Daycare with an iron fist, and torturing new toys by having them destroyed out of sadism.
Dick Hardly, botching the Powerpuff girls on purpose and then killing them just is not okay. Just no. But he isn't really as bad as Dolores and Lotso. As he only appeared once. I sometimes believe that Lotso's tyranny still affects the toys after the events of the movie, but there's no proof that he still makes an impact.
Monsieur of Storms & Suffering. Neat.
