I never quite understood the necessities and process of deciding who is eligible to vote. Can someone please clear that up for me?
Vitiate deserves way more recognition tbh.
Thank you.

Most vicious? The Joker, no contest.
Most dangerous? This is a hard one. Since we've not seen all that much of MCU Kang yet, I'll say it's a tie between Lucyfer and Venjix. On one hand, Lucyfer IS literally the Devil, but on the other Venjix successfully wiped out an entire alternative Earth worth of people and organic life, save for one city.
Zira is one of the most underrated villains in all of pop-culture. My Lullaby is one of the best villain songs ever, and she herself is just so savage and ruthless, while also still showing clear humanity as a person completely overcome with hatred and vengeance to the point of it overshadowing everything else in her life. Cindarella 3 is undoubtetly the best Disney Sequel, but Lion King 2 is a close second to me.
Probably my favorite Bond Villain.
Then enjoy an awful, lonely life as an incel.
Season 10 is a badly written, awfully paced, anti-climatic mess that retcons the show. To me, Gen 4 ended with The Ending of the End, and I moved on to other things. You can still love Gen 4, but I advice you also move on and don't try to hold onto the past, for your own sake.
He had a very entertaining personality and was badass enough to buy him as the BBEG of the entire MCU up until that point, but I feel he has lost some of his charm due to being so popular, and people who unironically think he had a point are genuine morons.
Please don't revive it. Season 9 was Gen 4's peak of quality and both the four seasons before it and the Season 10 comics were really bad, so bringing it back would only lead to dissapointment. Aside, Gen 5 looks really good so we should support the new show instead of being stuck in the past (yes I am calling you out, Star Wars fans).
Hello Admins and Mods and casual users. I am sorry if I am wasting anyone's time, but I considered trying to create a new template (for Warhammer villains) and am not sure whether or not I need permission from the guys and gals running the wiki, so I will appreciate clearing that up for me.
Spinel, aka the only good thing to ever come out from Rebecca Sugar's centrist bootleg anime.
I know very little about Far Cry 1 and 2 so I can't be certain, but this is either the Stupidest or Greatest theory concerning the series.
If Vaas counted he would 100% be the most voted option, but as it stands, Antón is great and The Jackal one of the most underrated villains in gaming.
Red Grant from the James Bond franchise.
Simon's Dad gets me the most. It's just so surreal for him to refer to himself not only in third person, but specifically as Simon's father instead of his real name.
Voted Ozai because his abuse of Zuko and Azula was shown the most in the show, but Shao Kahn is underrated in his abusiveness due to the fact that he preemptively tried to kill Kitana. While Thanos only did it in the heat of the moment and seemingly felt bad about (still awful dad and a narcissist), Shao Kahn was already planning on killing Kitana before she did anything against him. She was completely loyal before MK2, but he still created Mileena to assassinate and replace her because he knew that once she (Kitana) found out the truth about Jarred and Edenia's conquest, she would become a liability. Great tactical move and show of long-term planning, but horrendous example of parenting.
You just gave me an impossible choice.
