The Spot, formerly known as Jonathan Ohn on Earth-1610B, in Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse, seemed like a pretty goofy and even friendly individual who didn't want to harm other people. He didn't want to harm the store owner in the beginning when he was getting attacked. He also personally didn't harm anyone when he was attempting to absorb the collider in a different universe, as he made portal holes that made the scientists escape the facility.
However, after absorbing the super collider, and becoming a dark being, he seems to lose all of his affability, humor, and empathy, he seemed to be a very evil guy, as we see in a vision, he was willing to go back to Earth-1610B to destroy Miles's dad, his city, and everyone who lives there. What made this sudden change in the Spot's personality? Any explanation and/or theories?
