Should i direct the proposition of deleting certain articles to someone from Staff in particular or am i allowed to put those articles under that category myself ?
Ooh, that sounds pretty neat. The moment i heard about it some time ago i became curious of it and its' narrative.
In my case regarding the quote however, would be either a basic/cliche sounding but still delightful for me, quote of Brokenstar from Warriors book franchise by Erin Hunter, or a quote regarding the equivalent of "blessed spirits" in an equivalent of Heaven not being able to intervene or come with help to those who ended up in an equivalent of Hell. Of course the context matters, especially in the second one, but for me, the latter is tied with the first one purely because how chilling it is in the said scene.
The first mentioned quote:
"Pride is not important. Power is important, and the willingness to use it."
The second one:
Character: "'Heaven' help me!"
Brokenstar: "You think 'Heaven' listens to what happens here?"
Which is then followed by the said villain manhandling this character, before breaking their neck.

@RadTheShadow VII Okay, thanks for answer.
Since the Whitelist has been opened again, what should the user do in order to get added to it, assuming that they fulfill the acceptable conditions ?
Also, i asked one of the staff members about it around 3 weeks ago, but they didn't answer ever since.
Am i allowed to mark them for deletion or just let an admin or moderator do it, due to them still being Heroes and having done nothing that heinous that would classify them as villains ?
https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Hollyleaf
https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Goosefeather
Afterall, Miguel O'Hara wasn't put on this wiki following AtS release in the end.
Am i allowed to recreate the page of another villain from the Warriors book series, that previously had been deleted for being one-lined ?
I think https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Kruncha and https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Nuckal should be merged into one page under the template "Partners in Crime", since these two were always seen together and there was rarely if ever an occurrence that involved one of them only, without the appearance of the other one.
Oh, i see. In this case thanks.
Since June has ended, is it known when the Whitelist will be re-opened for more users to join it ?
Most: Brokenstar (Warriors book franchise)
Least: Emperor Palpatine (Star Wars)
There are some pages here which include villains from some long running, broad franchises. Some of them are classified as "supporting" and some as "recurring". While i know what both of those ranks/scales mean, i wanted to ask which of them could be considered more imporant/higher than the other ?
As in for example;
The secondary antagonists are "higher ranked"/more important to the story/franchise they appear in than some "major" antagonists. Main antagonists are higher/more important than Secondary ones and so on.
For me it'll be Death, Big Jack Horner and Lord Shen
@DerEmperorOfGreaterCheeseEmpire could ya elaborate ? cause i didn't understand that one
Can someone note any examples of such villains, and also tell if the following example could classify as one as well ?
A woman fell in love with a man from different "group/nation", despite that this universe's characters' law forbids having a relationship with people outside of one's birth group. She went on to have 3 kids with him, but her secret has been revealed and the four of them has been exiled permanently. The woman and her kids attempted to join the father's group, but during it the children drowned and the father renounced his partner. She swore vengeance upon those who wronged her and began having hallucinations of her dead children, which urged her to "avenge them". She eventually killed two people who exposed her secret and her former lover (after which the hallucinations ended) but she died in the process, ending up in this universe's equivalent of Hell. As an undead spirit she swore vengeance on the entire lineage of her late former lover and began manipulating the minds of few characters, including that of the main antagonist, helping him become a power-hungry tyrant (and thus becoming one of the two key factors that created him). Her traits of a "Social Darwinist" also began showing up and during the main quadrology's last "episode", she suggested a plan of killing all infants and kids among all of the living "groups/nations", explaining that with the children dead, their mothers would have nothing to fight for.
So, i've seen and heard many things and opinions about the title of the "central" and "secondary" antagonist, but i wanted to make sure and ask:
If in one [book, movie, etc] there is a main antagonist already, could there be more than one central antagonist and a secondary antagonist/s at the same time ?
Is it known when either more users will get permission to join the Whitelisted members or another waves of "joining" will take place ?
Not sure if i should direct this to any particular staff member, but can someone correct the scale of text on this page ?
Cause it looks extremely small and i have no idea how it can be fixed
Obsidian Fury
A'ight, although i decided to ask here, cause that way it would have more chances of being replied to. Afterall, some staff members can be busy, heh.
Ahh, okay then! Thanks for explaining ^ Cause i thought that to vote on PE articles you also have to be a part of the Whitelist.
