Susan is just a typical jerk and Angel and Cherri, while definitely morally grey, don’t strike me as evil.

Valentino. His depravity towards Angel Dust is far more grounded and realistically vile than the High Evolutionary in his treatment of Rocket, which still incorporates science fiction elements despite having its own realistically horrifying undertones.
Velvette on account of how fashionable and sassy she is. Vox is a close second for how hammy and melodramatic he is when it comes to Alastor. Valentino's voice acting and character design are the ONLY things I like about him, everything else relating to him disgusts me to no end.

This is Roo, a character that Viviene has described as a "looming threat in the distance" that we won't be introduced too until much later in the series. In the event that Viv's plans for this character haven't changed, who or what do you think Roo could be and what kind of threat do you think she'll pose to our wayward souls in the future?
She was an incredible villain, both with how charismatic and manipulative she is and how she represents real life corrupt politicians who go to horrific lengths to preserve harmful conservative values at the expense of the people they claim to protect.
They can both be equally terrifying.

I found her pretty entertaining, especially in S15. Her obsession with REVENGE can be a bit repetitive, but I still think she was a decent villain.
The Hazbin Hotel Season 1 trailer dropped today and confirmed that the main conflict of the season will be between the Hotel and Adam and his Exorcist angels. But it also gave us a brief glimpse of another potential Heaven aligned villain, this woman with the ominous blue halo who doesn't look like an Exorcist. Who is she? Is she another follower of Adam? or something much worse than him?
Her unhinged expression makes her look like a female angel version of Judge Claude Frollo when he sings Hellfire.
@Dark Green Man Not every villain is a vindictive psychopath like this version of Venom. And some bad guys do have likable qualities, but this one had none and was just outright loathsome.
He's a f*cking bastard! A narcissistic and entitled creep who murdered Harry to hurt Peter for something that was completely his own fault. The rapist vibes he was giving towards Mary Jane only made him worse. He's worse than the Green Goblin on a personal level. He has a pretty cool design though, but that's about as much praise as I'm willing to give him.
