He Who Remains is currently listed as the overarching antagonist of the Infinity Saga (makes sense) and one of the main antagonists of the Multiverse Saga. My question is: wouldn't it make more sense for him to be classified as the overarching antagonist of the entire franchise? Everything that happened in the Infinity Saga (from Iron Man to Avengers: Endgame) was entirely his doing. Additionally, his death is what led to the Sacred Timeline being broken, which is the reason behind all of the multiversal cataclysms.

Kang, on the other hand, is less-than-confirmed to no longer have a prominent role moving forward in the franchise, and will be replaced by Doctor Doom as the new big bad/main antagonist. So what kind of antagonist is he? The wiki currently lists him as the overarching antagonist of Loki and the main antagonist of Ant-Man 3, which are both accurate, but would it be more fitting to label him a supporting/secondary antagonist of the Multiverse Saga?

Marvel Studios has never addressed it. Since Spider-Man: Homecoming and the MCU are both under creative control of Marvel Studios, they should have the final say in what connections are and aren't canon. For example, the post-credits scene for Venom: Let There Be Carnage was done in collaboration with Sony.

Also, it just doesn't make any sense. Why would Strange's spell send Toomes to a universe that isn't his own when the entire purpose of the spell was to send the reformed villains home? Plus, how would he know it has to do with Spider-Man?

I guess you could argue that Kang is the other overarching antagonist, but on his page, it's stated that he's still considered the main antagonist.

There's a villain I'd like to propose but I'm not sure how to get permission to or what the eligibility would be.

Could a villain be Pure Evil even if they're against things like racism, sexism, xenophobia, or homophobia?

I ask because (at least from my understanding) doesn't the concept of a Fallen Hero not work with the concept of Pure Evil?

Because Pure Evil refers to a character with no redeeming or sympathetic qualities, but most fallen heroes tend to "fall" due to some tragedy in their life or something's that out of their control, meaning most fallen heroes could (at most) fall under NPE.

I'm curious, are there any Pure Evil villains that are Fallen Heroes?
