So, in some of Darth Vader comics, Palpatine tricked Cylo into betraying his Empire, because he wanted an excuse to execute him, since he feared he would overthrow him, since he was becoming strong, and I think LE villain would not do that since LE villain wants loaylity from their minions no matter what, and tricking your powerful minion in betraying your Empire could cause some problems for the Empire and LE villains has great devotion to their factions and would hate if it had some problems, and Palpatine also send Sly Moore to hunt down Darth Vader after he disobeyed him and thought he was weak because of that or something, the reason why he send her to hunt Vader down was actually just so he could test him and make him strong again, not to have him executed for failure, so he didn't even intended Sly Moore to succed and yet he still demoted her when she "failed". This act also doesn't seem like something LE villain Could or Would do, the reason why I'm asking this is because I think I finally understand what makes Palpatine Neutral Evil, sure, there are definetely more reasons why is he NE, but I'm having hard time understanding in those reasons why he's NE, such as him betraying his allies, since LE villains sometimes do that too, and I personally don't think LE villains do these acts of tricking their minions and forcing one minion to hunt other, So could someone tell me if I'm wrong, or would LE villains really not do these actions, like, would it break the system of the faction they lead?

Are categories that Palpatine has added based on actions and personality from both Canon and Legends continuities, or just Canon continuity? because in Legends, he stole Jedi holocron somewhere, yet he doesn't have "Thieves" category, neither does he fully have Legends synopsis anywhere, so that makes me think he has only categories based on his Canon version, if that is the case, shouldn't Palpatine Canon and Legends incarnations have its own pages, or am I wrong, is the reason why he doesn't have "Thieves" category simply because no one who edits Palpatine's page didn't know about it? Could somebody explain to me if Palpatine's categories are based on both Canon and Legends or just Canon?

I keep seeing both people and official sources, especially comics saying about Palpatine that he wants to bring order to galaxy, that he embodies sith code, pure evil wiki even says he ordered Anakin to kill Dooku in accordance to sith philosophy, he also killed Savege Oppress in accordance to sith rule of two, one comic even said that he valued order above everything else, I think it was one of the crimson dawn comics (I don't know if that is meant to be true tho), in Darth Vader comic he gave speech to imperial officers to give peace and prosperity to all in the galaxy (though he was probably manipulating them to do his bidding as he knows they personally want to bring order to galaxy is some way), he also said in same Darth Vader comics line that Vader's personnal vendettas pales in Empire's needs, like Palpatine cares about how is Empire running, (though, again it was probably only manipulation to make Vader serve him) that he uses law to his advantage, and I personally never seen him break that law, that he wants his empire to prosper, he even seemed to be concerned what would happened if people thought he couldn't keep order in the galaxy in Darth Vader comic, some Star Wars fans even said he didn't straight up lied in his manipulations and that he just twisted truth, I'm not sure I agree with them tho. heck, I see people describing him as LE more often then they do describe him as NE, This is just hard to believe for me how Palpatine can have all these attributes and still not be LE, unless those fans don't know Palpatine good enough, but there are still comics I mentioned, which are official and not just what fans think, and I'm kinda surprised that no one still didn't changed his allignment to LE yet, if there are more people that thinks he's LE than those that thinks he's NE, and I'm starting to think more and more that he should actually be LE, and I want you guys to tell me what do you think of what I said, (as the case may be explain to me why I'm wrong), do some of you think Palpatine is LE? And don't some of you think he should have his allignment changed to LE? And personally, him being NE through all that I mentioned makes my mind spin, I personnaly only know of 2 thinks that makes him NE is that he's self serving, and wants power for power's sake, (through what he said through mentioned comics probably indicates he cares about more than just personnal power) but through those attributes that I said it's hard for me to believe that being self serving would be enough for him to be NE. Also if someone could, explain to me how he can be NE even if he has all those potential Lawful Evil traits, cause I don't think I'm ever gonna have my mind in normal state after this personnal dilemma...

So Palpatine is NE because he cares only about power for power's sake, yet I noticed there are some LE villains that only cares about power for power's sake too, such as Ozai and Raven Beak, or am I missing something are there any other things that makes Palpatine NE and not LE apart from only caring about power for its own sake, this is really confussing to me, so could someone explain this to me?

PS : I know I made similar question before, but back then I didn't noticed Ozai's and Raven Beak's lust for power for its own sake, now that I know it, it really became more confusing for me again.

So I noticed Skekzok is LE while all other Skeksis are NE, at least those in age of resistance, but doesn't all skeksis share same goal, and use the same means to accomplish that goal, how is Skekzok different, so, could someone explain to me what makes Skekzok LE and all other Skeksis NE?

Doesn't he just care about power for power's sake without any beliefs he's doing the right thing?
