There are separate wikis for fanon villains and unpublished villains, but your villains aren't notable enough to be on any wiki.

@Eleeysium True, Purple does much worse with less resources and even The Animator is worse than Victim for now. He'll probably become heinous enough by the end of the series and could be NPE or IH depending on whether or not he redeems himself, and it's likely he will since Alan has a history of redeeming most major villains in the series (except The Dark Lord, and even that could potentially change if he's brought back).
It's too early to tell, but if the series were to be cancelled today, Victim would be a Villainous Benchmark. He hasn't done enough to pass the baseline yet and is genuinely tragic.
The Storm isn't even a character. The alicorn amulet corrupts whoever wears it. Does that make it a villain when it isn't even a character? Besides, it's page was removed from TUE wiki for that reason.
Calling The Storm a villain is like calling an earthquake or a flood a villain.

If any Marvel show should return for a new season by Disney Plus, it should be Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Nothing against Spider-Man but the only concern is Mary Jane.
No. Tirek's relationship with his family isn't explored enough in the show and even if it did, it doesn't justify his actions. And Tirek is not pure evil or anywhere near pure evil.

Animator vs Animation is it's own franchise, not fanon, so villains who originated from it should stay.
However, Animation vs Minecraft could technically be fanon but AvA isn't fanon in itself so even if AvM is fanon, only hostile mobs and other villains who don't appear outside the AvM shorts or the original Animation vs Minecraft should be moved over.

Here's a suggestion. Why not just remove antagonist roles entirely or only let admins change roles after they've been decided when the page was made?
Too much antagonist fussing which is stupid. I think central and final should stay but I don't make the rules here. They are also omitting X-turned-Y now.
Overarching shouldn't be removed. It's too necessary and would be like removing main or secondary.
He's my favorite Marvel villain and was fantastic in the comics and the 90s Fantastic Four cartoon but not in the movies. He's great in Avengers EMH but doesn't do much except help stop the Skrull invasion likely due to the show's cancellation.
