Manny Heffley is a Non-Villain Villainous Benchmark, not a Villain, because he mostly commits non-villainous acts, but has crossed the Moral Event Horizon at least once (Almost freezing his family to death because he couldn’t tie his shoes), meaning he cannot be a Neutral Character because Neutral Characters have never crossed the Moral Event Horizon and Goodness Zone.

An example is Syndrome, who originally tried to help his idol Mr. Incredible and heroic until he is rejected by him, thus choosing to get rid of all redeeming qualities he had and trying to commit genocide on supers, not even caring if children die.

Do you like wholly debased villains, or villains that destroyed all the good in them?

I know that there are other shows out there that less people know of that are from the 20th century while having no villains on Villains Wiki and/or no heroes on Heroes Wiki. It would be admirable of you users to search for them and maybe create templates of them if they are big enough for a template.

Pure Evil villains with tons of “Evil is Cool” moments.

This reminds me of how graphically I think the Earth Ponies from My Little Pony killed their human creators who unethically experimented on them during and after World War 3, and how they may have killed humans, the ponies being too traumatized to eat meat because of the grotesque way the internal organs came out and won’t eat sausages because it reminds them of the disfigured red genitals with blood pouring out of them from the murdered humans, but everypony celebrated how the human species were being killed as it reminded them of how much they wanted to commit genocide on non-Earth ponies and horses, and they used the inhumanly shaped human corpses as fertilizers for their trees. The other two races of Ponies at that time, however, did not murder the humans as graphically as the Earth Ponies, and when the human species was killed, the ponies renamed Eurasia to Equestria to remember the extinction of the human species, and the reason why they still make clothes despite little usage of them is because it reminds them of dead humans with blood soaked shirts with holes in them caused by misplaced and broken bones, some of their own bones were used to stab the human in areas too uncomfortable for most humans in existence to imagine. (The reason ponies in Equestria have American and British accents despite being where Eurasia is is maybe because during World War 3, the governments that did the unethical experimentation on the ponies were scared that the US and Great Britain were gonna launch their powerful Hyper-Thermonuclear Missiles at them, so they abducted American and British citizen to use on the experimentation and to transfer their consciousness into the bioatomically generated ponies that eventually become colorful Earth, Pegasi, and Unicorn ponies, with that being why Equestria has American administrative divisions.)
