Hello fellow wiki editors, I'm just asking on how to insert stuff in the Pure Evil Criteria? Oh sorry, I meant what is the format for editing that as I am planning and might add "Crimes" to the Criteria. Thank you :D

I'm suggesting that we should put Crimes category pages. So we can access more villains easily.
WHAT I'M SAYING:
Maybe we can make each crime (or any crimes that we can make) in a category page. Similar to the Villains by Type concept but with crimes.
For example:
THEFT
Theft is BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH and so on...(this will explain the crime)
