In my opinion, the Chameleon is a decent villain in the Kung Fu Panda franchise that she wasn't well-written enough the be the best villain yet because of the movie's flaws. After all, my worldview stated that Lord Shen is clearly the best villain ever of this franchise because he is the most well-written villain of all time and been treated as the most intimidating villain that Po has ever faced. Therefore, the Chameleon was ranked where she is not better than Lord Shen to be the most fearsome antagonist that this franchise has created.

Bowser can easily defeat anyone because he has numerous powers and abilities to become powerful in order to reclaim his victory.
Just to be clear, the Mind Flayer isn't a character because it's just portrayed as a plot-device in the entire series. In my opinion, Vecna is a better villain than the Mind Flayer.
The Mind Flayer is just an entity that has no motivation because it's just an unknown paranormal creature who controls others like Vecna, who served as it's master.
Darth Vader's theme is iconic that this marks him as the greatest movie villain of all time.
Despite the fact that Jill Roberts is my favorite female villain in Scream franchise right now. Nancy Loomis and Amber Freeman are both underrated in my opinion. I rather choose Quinn Bailey because she is definitely a less interesting female villain in the Scream franchise; since she faked her death most part of the movie until the final act.
Everyone knows that Harry and Marv are both the most iconic Home Alone villains of all time because they're so memorable from both of the first 2 films.
King Magnifico is the only character in the film who is more memorable than the rest of the characters are forgettable.
I still think the Velociraptors are the main antagonists in the film because they have more screentime than Dennis Nedry and Lewis Dodgson. Another thing is Dennis Nedry is more like a secondary antagonist in my opinion while Lewis Dodge was teased to be an overarching antagonist of the film.
You should know that Sasha Waybright is one of the two main antagonists (along with Captain Grime) of Season 1 because she is a major villain before her redemption.
Mine is Bowser, Bowser Jr., King Boo, Dr. Eggman, and Ganondorf.
King Magnifico from Wish is now the current Disney villain since King Runeard in Frozen 2.

I think Scar from the original Lion King is clearly the best evil feline.
I have to go with Warden Wrath because he is a recurring villain in the show, but it's a shame that he only appeared 3 episodes.
Bill Cipher is more iconic than King Clawthorne, but I like both of them.
