2003 Utrom Shredder is way more evil than his 1987 counterpart who wanted to destroy the entire multiverse which would've result him being killed.

I say Lotso. Although while he and Axlerod were hidden villains who use a affable facade but later are revealed to be evil, Lotso's reveal with the plot twist became very surprising and as for Axlerod, he was only revealed by Mater during 20 seconds when he deactivate the bomb he planted on Mater, showing how much less of a threatening figure he is with a ridiculous plot twist. I consider Lotso to be way better and intimidating than Axlerod because i think he should win this tournament.

I made this awesome post for him with some of his different characters, even half of his characters aren't villains, due to some being heroic or neutral, it's still something i gathered them to join.
I know, i am not meant to disrespect people's opinions, that's a good thing.
You know @Yomickayha382 I have to agree with you on this, despite that Judge Holden was viewed to be a complex and three-dimensional character, he is intentionally a very hated character due to his vulgar and abhorrent crimes, hell, he might as well be worse in terms like Griffith from Berserk, although i thought that i like him, but nope, he gets a lot of hate who is just as bad as that pedophilic cluster f*ck judge. I wish he dies a very horrible death, it was wrong to like him though.

I made this wonderful post for him with all of his different characters, well some of them aren't even villains but are heroes and grey-zoned characters. But this is something i would like to share.
Any questions? there's been no sign talking about him.

I was wondering if he could count or not, because his crimes are so heinous due to murdering people and betraying the trust of Genma and the club with schemes that put everyone's lives at risk.
