All these arguments can be used for Gwendolyn Zapp as well. Her worst crime is purely indirect and she shows concern for the town yet she is a silly PE. I don’t think Kent could count but could Zapp get removed for silly PE because the exact same reason for why Kent dosen’t count as a straight example.

The comedy makes him an idiot so I don’t even think he can be that. I remember suggesting Mayor Shelborn from the first Cloudy movie and him getting shot down for that exact reson.
