I like The Collector but he's not exactly a villain Bill Cipher on the other hand is my second favorite villain of all time in all fiction, and I don't even love to hate him I just love him he's so charismatic, Evil is Cool, hilarious, and I really enjoyed Alex Hirsch's performance, etc. Top tier villain ABSOLUTELY.
Gumball Watterson is almost as or more heinous than Rob. Although I like both of them.

I'm not even watching that disaster of a movie making Jumba the main villain instead is stupid so I basically agree with everyone here.
Yokai is my favorite out of these honestly he's the least bad out of these twist villains.
@ILoveFNAFstoryline she tried to kill Blitzo and has no charm unlike Striker who had charm in season one.

I love both but Andrealphus is more hate worthy than Lord Shen since Shen is sympathetic.
