The Outer-space Transportation Animatronics Manager ( O.T.A.M for short) is the Overarching antagonist of the 2025 Japanese Youtube indie animation series "Milky-subway The Galactic limited Express".
She is a sentient Ai conductor of a galactic train system that has gained an elitist personality with one goal: to eliminate any delinquents who board her train.
Appearance[]
O.T.A.M is an animatronic that is based on the unknown humanoid aliens seen throughout the series, with pink skin and small antennae on her animatronic case alongside wearing a conductor uniform. Her paint job has thinned and her body is dotted with white dots and scratches and her eyes seem to point in different directions. In episode 11, Makina shoots her in the head, removing a massive chunk of her left head case and revealing a more creepy ,wired side of her face.
Personality[]
When O.T.A.M gained sentience, she gained an elitist personality, seeing delinquents as nothing more as pests that need to be eradicated by any means. She is also a master manipulator, revealing that she made the last group that entered kill each-other. Despite this, she also shows respect for higher class people, as she allowed Makina to leave the train alongside Chiharu since makina's father was the founder of Titan industiries, the creators of the train and her.
