003 is one of the minor antagonist in Teenage Mercenary and a member of The Numbers. Not much information was known about herself but it was revealed that she be suspected of killing the comrades that 001 injured and frame him for murdering his own allies
While being a former of The Numbers unit, she now has her own Private Military Company, in order to influence her work. Her attempt to recruit The Numbers to her Private Company, causing her to fail to hide the fact that she was framing 001 and causing her comrades even 002, who was in used to be his lover, a statement that she couldn't deny on killing her comrades.
It was revealed more that she works under Iron. She was shown to care 002, but she pretends to act as caring, kind and a reliable person being able to manipulate her surroundings when she needs to especially when she doesn't want to make enemies saying she didn't want to kill them making them surrender only to get shot when she smiles.
She even join hands with The Forest to assassinate the SW Chairman but her plan failed due to 001's skilled combat and prowess leading her to retreat without her being aware that 001 is alive joining the SW Corps which made it difficult due to her resentment towards 001 but is uncertain to her final goal.

Mastery of Manipulation: Her mastery of manipulation dwells in her time as a Mercenary but if gifted to manipulate the weakest in order to fulfill the orders from the base. This also primarily when she tried to manipulate her former comrades but failed to extent of their superior mental strength and decided to hunt them or make them their ally to her PMC
Genius-level Intelligence: Her level of intelligence grasp her surroundings especially in hardcore situations especially her encounters with Ijin who she didn't have the idea it was him when trying to attack and assassinate the Chairman of SW Corps.

Trivia[]
Despite knowing that she wasn't aware if 001 aka Ijin is dead or the fact she didn't know that he saved the SW Chairman from the assassins. The fandom is also speculated that 003 would prefer to kill Ijin silently without Iron's prior knowledge or she genuinely cares about him.
