The 13 Demonic Magistrates is a major villainous group in the video game Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtuless.
Members[]
Joe Doe[]
Joe Doe is the Head Magistrate, the leader of the 13 Demonic Magistrates. Joe Doe is a sentient Infernal Treasure created by Mugai and due to Mugai treating him like a person, Joe Doe would be eternally loyal to him. Unlike the other Magistrates, Joe Doe knew that Demmodore Opener was being possessed and controlled by Mugai.
Joe Doe is one of two of the Magistrates to remain loyal to Mugai after his intentions and death.
Big Bull[]
Big Bull is the Protection Magistrate. He is known for being supposedly indestructible. Big Bull would work for both Demmodore Opener and Mugai, never realising that Mugai was possessing Opener the entire time.
Sea Again[]
Sea Again is the Ocean Magistrate. He was originally a student of Mugai and a friend of Fuji until he worked for the Netherarmy
Suisen[]
Suisen is the Foreseeing Magistrate.
Crimson Dark[]
Crimson Dark is the Total Victory Magistrate.
Sakoora[]
Sakoora is the Song Princess Magistrate.
Yayaka[]
Yayaka is the Gambling Magistrate.
Tenbuyer[]
Tenbuyer is the Resale Magistrate. Tenbuyer was originally a freak who was owned and sold to the circus until Mugai freed him, earning Tenbuyer's eternal loyalty. Tenbuyer would later set up a market where he would buy objects and sell them at vastly inflated prices, including doing the same with Prinnies.
Tenbuyer is one of two of the Magistrates to remain loyal to Mugai after his intentions and death.
Cannon Line[]
Cannon Line is the Demonic Weapon Magistrate. She is the mother of Pirilika and spouse of Demmodore Opener. She is forced to work for Mugai after he puts a curse on her, preventing her from being kind to anyone.
She would break free long enough to explode a bomb on her person while in contact with Mugai, temporarily killing him. Cannon Line would later be revived as an angel in Celestia so she could undo the damage she did while working under Mugai.
Yubana[]
Yubana is the Haunt Spring Magistrate.
Akuma[]
Akuma is the Ping Pong Magistrate.
Partyasu[]
Partyasu is the Subjugation Magistrate.
Nitra[]
Nitra is the Soul Magistrate. She was originally an angel from Celestia who would betray them in order to join the 13 Demonic Magistrates so that she may become an Infernal Treasure so she could live forever.
After she and her friend Ceefore made up and Nitra overcame her fear of dying, Nitra would return to Celestia.
