427 is one of secondary antagonist of the made for televison movie Jonny Quest vs. The Cyber Insects.
He was voiced by Robert Ito.
Appearance[]
He is an old bearded man with glasses who primarily dresses in green.
Biography[]
He first appears with 425 & 426 where he witnesses the former get carried off to be fatally punished for failing Dr. Zin with the latter being appointed in his place.
Around this time, 427 tells her (426) that Quest Station has been probing their satelites, much to her disbelief as they were protected by parabolic reflectors Quest Station should have not been able to track. 426 then announces they relay the Trojan Horse Program, even though it was untested, through their satelites.
Soon he witnesses the reprogrammed 4-DAC report in to Dr. Zin that he claimed control of all of Quest Station's defenses. 4-DAC then follows an order to transfer the data from Quest Station to Dr. Zin's mainframe and activate the self destruct mechanism for Quest Station.
427 quickly shows Dr. Zin one of the labs in Quest Station as devoted to studying Pselliopus Cinctus Anticus. This prompts Zin order a delay of Quest Station's destruction and have 4-DAC seek this place out.
After the reprogrammed 4-DAC acquires a sample of the Pselliopus Cinctus Anticus, Dr. Zin orders 426 and 427 to make themselves presentable when Dr. Quest and the entire Quest Station staff are captured and brought to his satellite.
When 426 reports the pending arrival of Quest Shuttle 2, Zin orders her & 427 to activate the targeting program. When Dr. Quest protests this order, 427 agrees with his point as the base was cloaked with the finest stealth technology.
Dr. Zin was not considerate of this as he wanted to get rid of Race Bannon and the rest of Quest Team.
After 426 was sent down a trap door to be a "pest subject" for the toxo-rhynoid project, 427 is promoted in her place.
When he reports the arrival of Quest Shuttle 2, Dr. Zin order him to send in an army for them if they move in.
Being held by two fo Zin's insects, he protests that he was not in charge of watching Dr. Quest. But Zin callously says his number is up and has him in thrown in a capsule, frozen to death, and shattered to pieces the moment his body falls over when the capsule re-opens.
He is then replaced by the assassinoids.
