~ A-90, when the player moves during its presence.

A-90 is the secondary antagonist of the DOORS sub-floor "The Rooms".

Appearance[]

A-90 represents a black and white, heavily distorted face with heavy glitch effects. It seems to be looking slightly upwards. During the second "phase" of A-90, the screen will be completely covered with a red static, with a sign with a hand signaling a halt. In its jump scare, the screen will retain the red static, the difference is that now A-90 is looking directly at the front (as if looking at you) with its mouth widely open, similar to Ambush.

Biography[]

When the player enters Room A-090 (not guaranteed), A-90 will spawn in and warn the player to stop with a stop sign. The player must stop immediately so that they don't get damaged. If the player moves, A-90 will briefly scream before damaging the player, taking up to 90% of their current health, or straight up murdering them (a guess as to how he damages the victim is via screaming so loud that their eardrums rupture or take heavy damage.).

Sometimes, while A-60 or A-120 are active, A-90 will still appear on the screen. However, when this happens, the former two's speed will decrease so it would give the player more time to react and hide in a locker.

Trivia[]

  • Unlike A-60 and A-120 (originally known as A-200), A-90 does not originate from Rooms.
    • LSplash made it for his game, Doors, when he was making the Rooms subfloor.
  • There is no way to stop A-90 except by staying completely still, including mouse movement and interactions with other objects.
  • A-90 can be extremely troublesome if paired together with A-60 or A-120. When you are through it, quickly go to the nearest locker.
    • It is worth noting that A-60 will slow down if A-90 spawns as it is chasing the player. Additionally, A-120 is relatively slow, and combined with the spawn delay of both entities, it usually will only make for a minor distraction.
  • Although rare, there is a chance that it will spawn before room A-90, as early as A-000. The same can be said for the 2 other entities.
  • You can't use the Crucifix in The Rooms, since if you equip one, a message will appear saying "Your Crucifix feels lighter than normal..."
    • If you enable the "Room for More" modifier, which allows The Rooms entities to spawn in the main floors, then you can actually use the Crucifix on them.
      • This was not possible before the Content Update.
  • A-90's jump scare sound is the protagonist's scream during a game over in Plants Vs. Zombies, but heavily distorted.
