Abasy are evil mythological creatures originating from Turkish/Yakut folk tales, they are "demons" who especially connected to the Yakut shamanism beliefs and were envisioned as iron-toothed creatures inhabiting the lower level of reality, known as the "Kingdom of Darkness".

Despite being called demons by they were often believed to be the spirits of long-deceased humans who dwelled near graves or places of death, traveling around in order to cause destruction and became servants of the soul-devouring ruler of the dead, Arson-Dulai.

Abasay could be appeased via blood sacrifices and were blamed for causing sexual perversions and madness.

Abasay often manifested with one-eye, one-arm and one-leg mounted atop a two-headed, eight-legged and two-tailed dragon, though in some other tales they are ugly man-easting monsters akin to the European ogre.

Alyp Khara Aat Mogoidoon[]

In addition to Arson-Dulai, they had a secondary leader in the form of Alyp Khara Aat Mogoidoon, who was a three-headed, six-armed and six-legged giant whose body was made out of magical iron.
