Acceleration T. Greenlight is the main antagonist of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Student Driver Survivor".
Originally thought to be a boating instructor, it is later revealed that he is a fraud that is passing everyone regardless of how dangerous or terrible their driving is.
At Mrs. Puff's Boating School, SpongeBob gives a reenactment of the trouble he has during his last driving test, which results in him piloting his desk around the room and causing damage. Another boating instructor that Mrs. Puff has apparently met in the past named Acceleration T. Greenlight shows up and promises to give a boating license to anyone that can drive around the block, and at half the cost of Mrs. Puff's Boating School. Mrs. Puff tries to get her students to stay, but all of them except SpongeBob go to the Greenlight Driving School.
SpongeBob takes his test and fails it. Greenlight passes all of the students that go to his school, including the ones that can't actually drive well. After kicking her mailbox out of frustration, Mrs. Puff finds a bunch of overdue bills, and worries that she won't be able to stay in business with her only teaching SpongeBob once a week. She starts to charge SpongeBob for lessons every day to compensate, and stops him in his way to work. Their lessons once again go badly, and SpongeBob points out Greenlight, who is now passing blind children without even testing them. SpongeBob pledges his loyalty to Mrs. Puff, however, he accelerates and ends up hitting a fountain.
SpongeBob gets ready for bed, however, Mrs. Puff wants to give him an extra lesson about night driving. She plays loud music and gives him coffee to keep him awake, but he steers into a fog bank. They return to SpongeBob's house in the morning, with SpongeBob being extremely tired.
SpongeBob tries to have free time for himself, however, Mrs. Puff keeps showing up to give him more lessons. After crashing and going to the hospital, Mrs. Puff, who is disguised as a nurse, want to give him another lesson. Unfortunately, SpongeBob can't keep paying for lessons because he's out of money. Mrs. Puff goes to close her school, however, she gets an idea after looking at the destruction that SpongeBob has caused.
She decides to test Greenlight 's offer to give any student a license in one lesson by having him drive with SpongeBob. After SpongeBob damages the school by driving in reverse and then drives into the mountains and a fog bank, they drive into the police station, where it's revealed by a police officer that Greenlight was actually a criminal that is wanted for selling fake driver's licenses. After Greenlight gets arrested the next day, Mrs. Puff happily lets SpongeBob recap his "lesson" with Greenlight.

When Greenlight is arrested, his line is a reference to the famous line says by culprits in the Scooby-Doo franchise after their schemes are revealed.
