Acheron Lethe Phlegethon is a minor antagonist from both Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. Acheron is the viscount of Houses Phlegethon, a minor noble house in the Leicester Alliance, and the one who controls the Great Bridge of Myrddin.
Appearance[]
Acheron is a middle-aged man with teal eyes, curled hair, a mustache, and yellow and brown clothing.
Biography[]
Acheron first appearance is in Lorenz's Paralogue Land of the Golden Deer, where he tries to take over lands in Gloucester territory. Count Gloucester send a letter to his son, Lorenz, informs him about the situation and have him deal with Acheron himself. As such, Lorenz, along with Byleth and his fellow classmates, head to Alliance territory to stop Acheron's forces from seizing it. They are successful with Acheron, either retreating knowing that the battle is lost or is defeated himself, begging not to be killed. Nonetheless, after the battle, Acheron send a latter to Count Gloucester promising that he would never do something like this again, although his words could remain untrue.
Quite some time after the Battle of Garreg Mach, in all the routes besides Crimson Flower, Acheron would betray the Leicester Alliance and side with the Adrestian Empire.
In the Rose-Colored River in all non Crimson Flower routes, Acheron arrived with his reinforcements during the battle in the Great Bridge of Myrddin, assisting Ladislava's forces. Acheron would die in this fight, afterwards wishing that he never side with the empire to being with.
In Beyond Escape in Crimson Flower, Acheron was still working with the Alliance, defended the Great Bridge of Myrddin from the Black Eagle Strike Force along with Judith. During the battle, Acheron would ether leave the battlefield, possibly siding with the empire once the battle ends, or is killed, wishing he sided with the empire sooner.

- His name comes from three of the rivers in the Underworld of Greek Mythology, Acheron, Lethe and Phlegethon. The River Acheron is what Charon cross with souls of the dead, the River Lethe is what causes souls to forget their past lives for rebirth, and the River Phlegethon is made of fire.
