Admiral Abominator is the Napoleon and Admiral-themed monster of the Machine Empire serving Klank and Orbus who serves as a minor antagonist in the Power Rangers franchise. He serves as the main antagonist of the Power Rangers Zeo episode "Game of Honor" and a cameo antagonist in the two-part finale of Power Rangers In Space "Countdown to Destruction."
He is voiced by Ezra Weisz who previously voiced the Leaky Faucet also in Zeo and later voices Mouthpiece, Numbor and Lord Litter in Power Rangers Turbo, Fearog as well as the Body Switcher and Lizwizard in Power Rangers In Space, Wisewizard in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, Falkar and Troika in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, Tentaclaw in Power Rangers Time Force and is the male voice of Mandilok in Power Rangers Wild Force. Outside of Power Rangers, he is best known as Lottamuggs, Cyber-Serpent and the second voice of the Green Cannon Machine in Big Bad Beetleborgs, Mantix in Beetleborgs Metallix, Reptosect and Brain Mite in Masked Rider, Silkoid and Duplitronic in VR Troopers, Yylfordt Granz in Bleach M'Quve in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin and Mao in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.

Past[]
Admiral Abominator was manufactured by the Machine Empire, working under King Mondo and Queen Machina. With their monsters and never-ending army of Cogs, the Machine Empire was able to devastate and conquer entire galaxies. Despite being a regular monster, Admiral Abominator is a highly trusted monster of the Empire and is trusted with leading very large fleets of warships against the enemy; especially in surprise attacks.
Zeo[]
In 1996, King Mondo leads his Machine Empire to the Moon where they drive out Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa but their invasion is ultimately stalled by the interference of the Zeo Rangers.
After many failures against the Zeo Rangers, Klank and Orbus create an armada of battleships commanded by Cogs and led by Admiral Abominator with a plan to use the armada to attack and conquer Angel Grove. Under construction on the Moon, they are hidden by cog medallions with the ability to make them invisible. As they amass in Angel Grove National Forest though, they are uncovered by Bulk and Skull who have been investigating the disappearances of trees that they have been cutting down and discover another of the cog medallions. Admiral Abominator is first seen capturing them with his Cogs when Bulk mistakes the metal flower on his lapel for a real one. Although they capture the duo and throw them in a cage though, Billy reverse engineers a cog medallion Adam found whilst training; allowing them to discover Mondo's fleet and invade his forest headquarters.
Before the Machine Empire can react, the whole armada is destroyed as part of a chain reaction when the Disruptor Array in the Power Chamber destroys the power source of the cog medallions. Angered by how it upsets Sprocket, Mondo sends Admiral Abominator and the remaining Cogs to destroy the Rangers and prevent further destruction where they fight in the forest only for the Cogs to be swiftly dispatched. Fighting the Rangers and their Zeo Pod Swords himself, Admiral Abominator manages to knock them down and restrain Kat who he attempts to impale after blasting down the other Rangers. Before he can though, Tommy energy slashes the monster back with his Zeo V Power Sword and Kat defeats him with the Pink Power Disk finisher. However, Klank and Orbus then enlarge him so the Zeo Rangers summon the Zeo Megazord and the Red Battlezord which Admiral Abominator has the initial upper-hand against. Quickly though, he is punched around before being overwhelmed by the Battlezord's pneumatic punches and shot by the Zeo I Battle Helmet before they form the Zeo MegaBattlezord and destroy Admiral Abominator despite him pleading for mercy.
Admiral Abominator is later rebuilt and seen in the audience at Prince Gasket's Machine Arena when Tommy forces Jason to fight Altor. However, the Rangers are later able to escape after Tritor destroys the shield generator which renders Gasket's plan a failure.
In Space[]
Two years later, Admiral Abominator joins the United Alliance of Evil as part of Divatox's army which attacks Gratha and defeats the Aquitarian Rangers. The invasion of the universe is successful but Admiral Abominator is killed by Zordon's Energy Wave which turns him to dust.
Personality[]
Befitting his appearance, Admiral Abominator has the mannerisms and voice of a pirate and uses plenty of pirate lingo such as "shiver me timbers" and "walk the plank." Despite his goofy design and voice though, Abominator is a very skilled and respected admiral of the Machine Empire and the only monster shown any real respect by the Royal House of Gadgetry. In fact, by the time of the attack on Earth, Abominator is respected enough that even Sprocket (notoriously rude and bratty as he is) refers to him as "the Admiral." Despite his very confident and arrogant attitude, he could also be cowardly as he whimpered when confronted by the Zeo MegaBattlezord and asked for mercy.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Strength: Admiral Abominator is strong enough to knock around the Rangers with slashes from his cutlass, stop Rocky's Zeo Pod Sword with his bare hand, knock down Kat with one punch, keep a grip on Kat even as she struggled and, as a giant, knock around the Zeo Megazord and the Red Battlezprd with single cutlass slashes.
- Durability: Admiral Abominator was unfazed by being energy slashed by Tommy's Zeo V Power Sword, struck by Kat's Zeo I Power Disk finisher, hit by dozens of repeated punches to the chest and face from the Red Battlezord and shot by the Zeo Megazord's Zeo I Battle Helmet.
- Leadership: Admiral Abominator is an extremely skilled admiral, being respected by all in the Royal House of Gadgetry almost to the point of reverence by Prince Sprocket.
- Swordsmanship: Admiral Abominator is very skilled with a cutlass, defeating all five Zeo Rangers with their Zeo Pod Swords and initially overwhelming the Zeo Megazord and the Red Battlezord.
- Expert Fighter: On top of his skills with a cutlass, Admiral Abominator is a skilled fighter; able to duck and dodge Zeo Pod Sword slashes and delivering damage in return.
- Shipbuilding: King Mondo has an armada of ships built to use to attack Angel Grove with his Cog army helping to build it which Admiral Abominator oversaw.
- Laser Blasts: Admiral Abominator can open his chest-plate to reveal holes from which he can fire a devastating barrage of red lasers. These caused large explosions and took down four Zeo Rangers with a single hit.
Arsenal[]
- Cutlass: Being pirate and sailor-themed, Admiral Abominator's primary weapon is a large silver cutlass.
- Fist: Being right handed, Admiral Abominator can use his left hand to punch his enemies or catch weapons such as Rocky and Tommy's Zeo Pod Swords.
- Chain Launcher: On his right arm, Admiral Abominator has a launcher which can fire a spiked red chain that can be retracted with enough force to make Kat stagger to him and prevent her escape.
- Spiked Coat: Admiral Abominator can open his chest-plate to reveal spikes on the inside which he then pushes towards his enemy to try and impale them.
