Aerodactyl, also called The Fossil Pokémon, is a prehistoric Rock/Flying type species in the Pokémon franchise. An ancient species historically notorious for its brutal predatory methods, it continues to carry such highlight even long following their presumed extinction. Known most for its proven exceptional hostility, members that do live in the modern day remain feared by those aware of them.
Physical Appearance[]
Aerodactyl is a large, slate-grey, reptilian Pokémon with features notably similar to the Pterodactyl. It has an oblong rounded midsection with little to no distinctive form anywhere from its chest down to its undercarriage. It also has a long neck with a large head mostly composed of its massive jaws, which also have razor-sharp on the lower which it also uses to eat and/or kill its targets. Along its back are large protrusions likely from its backbone that continue down to its long, pointed tail. Large, bat-like wings also extend from its deltoids to 3-fingered hands which complete the framing for the purple hues with a long bone connected to each of them. It also has long legs with large, 3-toed feet that it uses to catch its prey.
Personality[]
Aerodactyl is known throughout history to be an exceptionally hostile and savage Pokémon in its efforts to catch prey. To complement its solid ruthlessness in its predatory endeavors, the species is extensively persistent in chasing after and attempting to track its target, making it difficult to escape from them. It is also stated to be feared by other Fossil Pokémon species as well for its exceptional cruelty in meeting its own ends, especially when it relates to food, also making it a notably selfish Pokémon. Adding more reason to its fearsome rap is the species is known to be territorial, relentlessly attacking and eating unwelcome trespassers. Aerodactly are also not only proven to be extremely brutal in their killing methods, but also demonstrate clear enjoyment in the plight, giving them some clear personality.
