Agent 14 is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Lamar Davis) in Grand Theft Auto Online. He is a corrupt IAA agent and criminal mastermind that organizes the Prison Break Heist, Humane Labs Raid and is involved in the Doomsday heist receiving orders from his supervisor. He is also an associate of Lester Crest, Karen Daniels, Avon Hertz and the United Liberty Paper Contact.
He was voiced by Ryan Farrell.
Biography[]
Background[]
Agent 14 is very mysterious but he has an unnamed boss that who helped set up the Humane Labs Raid and gives a fee to Lester . He is also connected to Karen Daniels who he sends the protagonists to do dealings with.
The Prison Break[]
After the Fleeca Job, Lester informs the protagonists that a person offered a job while Lester is working on a big score. That person would be Agent 14. Agent 14 would tell the protagonists that they are going to break Maxim Rashkovsky out of prison. Agent 14 orders them to steal the plane, steal the prison bus, take the prison bus schedule, take the cargo and steal the deposition from the prosecutors and Popov before breaking Maxim out of prison. Agent 14 would congratulate you after finishing the heist and offers another job after.
The Humane Labs Raid[]
Agent 14 would tell the protagonists that they are going to raid the Humane Labs. Before that, Agent 14 orders them to collect the briefcase, steal the insurgent, steal the hydra and steal the valkyrie before delivering the emp in the Humane Labs. After this heist, Agent 14 eliminates contact with the Protagonists.
Gunrunning[]
2 years later, at the beginning of 2017, 14 contacts the Protagonist to inform him of a underground operation bunker that has become available for them to purchase. After acquiring the bunker and entering via a large concrete door, 14 greets the player and tells them the IAA was selling the bunker while giving him the keys. 14 tells his staff to hurry up packing crates into a Mule truck as they had to leave quickly. He then gets a call from his unnamed supervisor, who instructed him to continue destroying equipment. The protagonist and 14 then take a small tour of the bunker via a small golf cart, showing him a parking spot and the range while his men practiced their aim. 14 instructed them to close the range when they were finished using it. 14 then accidentally misses a turn and attempts to reverse the cart in a very tight corner. After getting out of the fluke, 14 showed him a weapon research lab and suggested the protagonist to get involved in the arms industry as their was profit to be made and arms dealing would have made his country proud of him. He then briefly stops at a large storage area where hundreds of crates loaded with various firearm were abd instructed his men to hurry as they needed to leave the bunker. 14 and the protagonist then drove the cart to the entrance of the bunker, where 14 told him that he was targeting someone the following day. He then acted like he didn't know him and says "Your a hero!" Before leaving and having the bunker doors close behind him.
