Aglaeca (real name Odette Lamar) was the main antagonist of the second season of the The CW series Nancy Drew. She was a French heiress who turned a vengeful sea spirit after being the executed.
She was portrayed by Anja Savcic as Odette, Jenaya Ross as Aglaeca, and by Leah Lewis while inhabiting George's body.
History[]
Odette Lamar was a wealthy French heiress, a brilliant businesswoman, and the wife of Captain Douglas Marvin. The Lamars owned land in France, but Odette was the one who figured the soil was ripe for vineyards, turning the family holdings into a prosperous olive oil business. She secretly had a relationship with a English woman named Mary Clark. Odette eventually married Captain Marvin aboard the governance, and according to history, she died of consumption. But in reality she was betrayed, robbed and murder by him and his friends. Captain Marvin later gave Odette's necklace to his second wife; Agnes Marvin.

- Ghostly Physiology: After her death, Odette has become a reconstruced wraith made of pure anger, making her akin to a ghost of sort. She was a very powerful spirit, among one of the most powerful beings to appear in the series.
- Hydrokinesis: Odette became able to manipulate the water after she was drowned, as well as any other water that water mixed with, which she used this to kill her victims.
- Reality Warping (through deals): Through a crossroads deal, Aglaeca could warp reality to give her summoner their wish.
- Possession: After being defeated, Odette required a human host, living or deceased, to manifest herself on Earth.
- Biokinesis: She was able to cause Owen's arms to bleed.
- Teleportation: As a spirit, Aglaeca could teleport herself over great distances with ease.
- Telekinesis: As a spirit, Aglaeca could move objects with her mind.
- Superhuman Strength: Like all spirits, Aglaeca is a incorporeal being, able to generate great amounts of force.
