Agniezjka 'Agnes' Bogdani is a minor antagonist of the Albanian arc in the second season of Law & Order: Organized Crime. She is the mother of Reggie Bogdani, a gangster and a member of the Kosta Organization who is involved with several crimes committed by Albi Briscu and Jon Kosta.
She is portrayed by Caroline Lagerfelt, who also portrayed Danielle Keyes in the original Law & Order.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Agnes got married to her husband and gave birth to a son named Reggie. However, after breaking the besa code, Agnes' husband was murdered by Albi, which resulted in Agnes being shot in the head by Albi. After the shooting, Agnes suffered major brain injuries and loss of speech. However, even after Albi shot her husband, Agnes still cared and loved him and stood by him whenever he needed her.clearly revealing that she doesn’t know albi shot her husband
Law & Order: Organized Crime[]
Agnes first met Stabler, who was undercover as Eddie Wagner to bust the Kosta Organization, when he and Reggie arrived at their home and Agnes showed using body language that she didn't like Stabler. Reggie claimed that Agnes makes good food before leaving Stabler and Agnes alone. Agnes then gave Stabler tea and once Stabler finished his tea, Agnes read his coffee grounds. Stabler became confused at what Agnes was doing at first but then Reggie told him.
Agnes met with Albi's wife Flutura about Stabler at her home and Flutura asked Agnes what she read on Stabler's coffee grounds. Agnes claimed that he was angry and that he was grieving. Flutura asked her if Stabler was involved with any of her girls from the sex trafficking ring but Agnes kept silent.
While Agnes was at an appointment, Bell showed up and asked to speak with Agnes. Agnes was brought in where Stabler revealed his identity to her. Agnes saw Reggie in cuffs and then hugged him before she started slapping him repeatedly. Reggie got her to stop and they shared a quiet moment. While Agnes was taking her statement with an ADA and a court reporter, Agnes purposefully spilt her coffee to get the ADA to leave.
Agnes then bribed the court reporter, Violet Brooks, to tip off Albi and Kosta and tell them that the police were coming. Brooks approached Albi and Kosta at their office and told them what Agnes had sent her to do. Albi then gave Brooks the money before shooting her in the back. When Reggie and Agnes went into witness protection, Reggie told her that he was sorry that he made her break besa but Agnes claimed that she didn't.
Agnes was arrested by Maldonado and Cho for accessory to murder, obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise. When Agnes went into the courtroom, she pretended to have a coughing fit before she pulled out a gun from underneath the wheelchair and started shooting at Stabler and Bell. Agnes was then taken away by guards and imprisoned.
