History[]

Akai and Kanie have coerced two teenagers to be their assassins. Sawa is a girl whose parents Akai and Kanie brutally murdered, and they subsequently trained her in the use of guns, explosives and martial arts. They have also recruited a boy known as Oburi. He is an orphan, but it isn't specified what happened to his parents. Akai and Kanie now instruct the two teenagers to murder people that they deem to be child abusers, corrupted officials and such.

Sawa and Oburi routinely and skillfully murder multiple people that Akai and Kanie directed them to target. One of the victims Kanie ordered Oburi to kill was supposedly a "corrupt district attorney". However, it turns out that the victim is actually a highly-trained SWAT police officer instead, and he nearly kills Oburi in the ensuing fight. It becomes clear that Akai and Kanie had intended for Oburi to die on this assignment, and their deception implies that they had lied about the supposed corruption of their past targets as well.

Akai and Kanie also ordered Sawa to murder Oburi, which she was about to do. However, Oburi revealed to her that Akai and Kanie were the butchers of her parents. Akai and Kanie also both have a history of sexually assaulting young girls, including Sawa. Oburi and Sawa attack Akai and Kanie, but the teenagers are defeated and captured. As punishment, Akai rapes Sawa while Kanie holds Oburi at gunpoint and forces him to watch.

Believing that Sawa has now given up on Oburi, Akai and Kanie plan to continue using Sawa as their assassin and to kill Oburi. However, when Kanie is about to murder Oburi in a parking lot, Sawa shoots Kanie in the head and saves Oburi's life. Akai believes that Sawa is still loyal to him and that Oburi is the killer, but Sawa shoots Akai to death too. She and Oburi now plan to live together and begin a normal life. However, while walking home to meet Sawa, Oburi gets shot by another young assassin. At home, Sawa waits patiently and hears the sound of approaching footsteps, most likely an assassin coming for her as well. Despite freeing themselves from Akai and Kanie, Sawa and Oburi are unable to escape the world of crime and violence.
