The Akuninkaijin are the second set of monsters used by the Government of Darkness. They are mechanical mutants each themed after a different historical figure or, in some cases, fictional character, fused with an animal. They replace the Shinwakaijin as the kaijin agents of the G.O.D. organization and possess similar abilities to their predecessors, including superhuman strength and speed as well as the ability to disguise themselves as humans.
History[]
The Akuninkaijin were assembled by King Dark after he emerged to take direct command of G.O.D.'s operations. The first Akuninkaijin King Dark sent out was Ghengis Khan-Condor, who was tasked with eliminating a woman who had glimpsed King Dark's true form.
Later, after the GOD R&D head Koichi Nanbara defected and split up the blueprints for the RS device he had devised, the Akuninkaijin were sent by King Dark to gather all the pieces of the blueprint before X-Rider could get them first. Nanbara himself was later executed by Scorpion-Geronimo for betraying G.O.D.
