Leviathan[]
Gabriel is with Rosewater in the underground shed where three Megadeuses are stored. After activating the lights, he assaults Smith where the negotiator angrily confronts Rosewater about his arrogance. Gabriel holds him in check with a long blade, sadistically threatening to make him bleed. Though Smith is not fazed and taunts the henchman by asking him what color is his blood. Rosewater then orders Gabriel to stop, to which he obeys.
Stripes[]
Alan Gabriel continues to accompany Rosewater wherever he goes, including to his father Gordon Rosewater's home. Towards the end of the episode, Gabriel reveals himself to be working under the alias of Agent 341 for the Union, a group of agents investigating the Rosewater’ nefarious schemes. Seeing that Dorothy is here, Gabriel sadistically and non-fatally shoots her, saying how it is great to destroy a piece of art like her.
The Big Third[]
Gabriel films while he’s about to kill Dorothy and sends the video to Smith to make him suffer. However, he is stopped by Angel, revealed to be also a spy named Agent 340, who claims he is only in the Union to satisfy his selfish desires. Gabriel considers a moment, then decides to kill Dorothy anyway, determined to make Smith suffer. But the moment his drill touches Dorothy’s hair, she hits him to the ground. =
Still laughing from it, Gabriel nevertheless decides to finish Dorothy quickly. Dorothy also shows her agility and escapes Gabriel's blows. As she runs away, she finds herself on the edge of the platform. Gabriel rushes towards her to kill her, but Smith intervenes and blinds the assassin with his car's headlights.
Enraged by the attempted murder of Dorothy, Smith attacks Gabriel. The two fight for a moment. Smith manages to subdue him and breaks Gabriel's watch. Gabriel quickly gets to his feet, and the two opponents rush at each other. Dastun, having accompanied Smith, fires a shot in the air to stop the fight and holds Gabriel at gunpoint. At the same time, the song started by the Union to destroy Paradigm City echoes through the city. Gabriel smiles and flees before Dastun can arrest him.
Hydra[]
Gabriel joins Rosewater, who is eating with Smith. Faced with Smith calling him a spy, he replies that he is simply an ambassador between Rosewater and the Union. He then tells him that if he wants to end his life, all he has to do is tell him and he'll kill him and Dorothy.
After Smith leaves, Gabriel sneaks up behind Rosewater and turns his hand into a drill. Rosewater tells him that in gratitude for Gabriel, he has something special to give him.
Twisted Memories[]
Gabriel meets Vera Ronstadt, the Union group’s leader and announces her he has joined Rosewater for good. She then tells him that she intends to destroy Paradigm City and that the project to find the Memories has been abandoned by the Union. Gabriel asserts that there are no Memories and never have been. He draws his pistol at the same time as the chief, but shoots her first. Gabriel goes to the city jail to free Jason Bleck, a notorious criminal. Although he considers him a pathetic criminal despite Beck's claims, Rosewater wants to ally with him.
Alan takes Beck blindfolded into the hangar where two Megadeus are stored. After cutting off the blindfold, Gabriel asks Beck to recreate the robots' interface in a more efficient manner in exchange for a good compensation. Having bad memories from experiences with Megadeus, Beck refuses to work for Gabriel, as he doesn't commit the same crime twice. Gabriel then shows him the order of execution from Paradigm Corporation. Beck resigns himself to do the work.
The Big Fight[]
Gabriel is revealed to have his own Megadeus named the Big Duo. Smith realizes this when he hears him laugh. Gabriel, connected to the robot by many wires, feels right at home in it. Smith warns him that he is in fact being controlled by the Megadeus, which is trying to find out if he is a good Dominus. Gabriel ignores him completely and declares that he's going to finish him off once and for all. They fight briefly with the robots and although Gabriel seems to have the upper hand at first, Smith, with the help of Big O, slices Big Duo's head off. This turns out to be functional and Gabriel uses the Megadeus' giant drills to kill Smith.
But at the fateful moment, Big Duo mysteriously stops responding to Gabriel's commands. The reason is that he had been tricked by Schwarzald into choosing a worthy host. Gabriel was deemed unworthy to be the Dominus. He then watches in amazement as the wires slowly imprison and engulf him, while Big Duo flies off into the sky. After a moment, Gabriel’s body is dumped out of Big Duo and falls onto the ground.
Personality[]
Gabriel is quite emigmatic becuase not much is revealed about his origins. However, he shows himself to be a ruthless and extremely sadistic person. His greatest passion is killing. He seems to have a preference for targeting androids. Although working for Rosewater and the Union, Gabriel has loyalty for anyone but himself. He'll ally himself with anyone who gives him the opportunity to kill as many victims as possible.
It's implied Alan also enjoys his own pain, as he continues laughing just after Dorothy punches him in the face.
