The Alazmec of the Winsit are cultists of the Alazmec species on the planet Mustafar who worship the dark side, the ancient late Lady Corvax, and the late Darth Vader. They were founded by Sith cultist and long time servant to Darth Vader, Vaneé. Their goal was to harness the power of the dark side and speak to the spirit of Vader to make Mustafar back into a nexus of dark side energy.
Biography[]
Origins[]
Sometime after the fall of the Galactic Empire, many numerous dark side fanatic cults grew across the galaxy. One group where a group of Alazmec cultists who were drawn to Mustafar and sought to harness the power of the dark side there. Unting under Vaneé, Darth Vader's long time servant in life, the cultists formed the dark side cult called the "Alazmec of the Winsit". There, they sought to help Mustafar grow into a lush planet once again while restoring the power that the dark side had over the planet. A bog developed near Fortress Vader's grounds, eventually becoming known as the Corvax Fen, and there, the Alazmec of the Winsit planted a type of tree called the "irontrees" to harness the power of the dark side within the bog. They also protected the ancient creature the Eye of Webbish Bog and an alter that contained Darth Vader's Sith Wayfinder. For many years, the Alazmec guarded the slowly rotting castle, killing any tresspasser who came by.
Visits from Kylo Ren[]
Eventually, in 34 ABY, recently elected Supreme Leader of the First Order, Kylo Ren, arrived on Mustafar to destroy Fortress Vader. There, Vaneé noticed Ren's presence, and orderd the Alazmec to kill Kylo. After a long brutal fight, Kylo killed the cultists and proved himself to be grandson of Darth Vader to Vaneé, allowing the latter to guide Kylo Ren on a quest to gain the same power as his grandfather, leaving Mustafar and the Alazmec of the Winsit with Kylo.
Over a year later, in 35 ABY, Kylo Ren arrived back on Mustafar to get his grandfather's wayfinder, given that he needed it to find Exegol, a planet in the Unknown Regions where the now revealed to be still alive Darth Sidious dwelled. After the Alazmec refused to surrender to Kylo Ren, Ren made a massacre on as much Alazmec cultists as he can, until all the cultists in the Corvax Fen where dead. From there, Kylo Ren met the Eye of Webbish Bog and got Vader's wayfinder that lead him to Exegol.

Beliefs[]
The Alazmec of the Winsit believe that the dark side is the absolute power over the galaxy, and that Darth Vader is the embodiment of that power. Because of this, the Alazmec of the Winsit view Darth Vader as the "father of the galaxy". They also worship Lady Corvax, the ancient ruler of Mustafar back in ancient times. Ever since the destruction of the Bright Star and the slow but at the same time rapid healing on Mustafar, the dark side nexus that haunted Mustafar for so long began to dissipate, and it was the Alazmec of the Winsit's goal to restore that nexus by harnessing Vader's spirit. The Alazmec also planted irontress on the grounds of the Corvax Fen bog that developed near Fortress Vader to further reinforce the healing of Mustafar's sytem and harness the power of the dark side.
The Alazmec are very hostile torwards outsiders who dare come close to the Corvax Fen and Fortress Vader, even going so far as to kill them so that the outsiders wouldn't mess with the "sacred" locations of Darth Vader and Lady Corvax.
Commander[]
Leader and founder of the Alazmec of the Winsit is Vaneé, Darth Vader's long time servant and caretaker. It is possible that the belief that the Alazmec had in the dark side being the ultimate power in the galaxy and Darth Vader being the perfect embodiment of it stemmed from Vaneé. Though his origins were never revealed, one popular folktale legend among the Mustafarian people is that Vaneé was a maddened former Imperial officer or possibly an alernate personality of said officer recruited by Darth Vader by making him inhale lava fumes. For years, Vaneé was the attendant and caretaker of the castle, while also serving Darth Vader as his servant. After Vader's death, Vaneé tried to ressurect his master as he was driven mad by being exposed to lava fumes that leaked into the castle, going so far as to cast nightmares to various people across the galaxy before being stopped by a rebel named Lina Graf and her crew. Afterwards, Vaneé cotninued living in Fortress Vader and, with a group of Alazmec cultists drawn to Mustafar by the power of the dark side, formed the Alazmec of the Winsit cult, with Vaneé being the leader and quite possibly their dark priest.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown if there were still any Alazmec cultists on Mustafar after Kylo massacred many of them in The Rise of Skywalker, though it is probable that there were still more of them out there, given they are large in numbers.
