Biography[]

Franks operated the Cunningham Hill Psychiatric Facility, a mental hospital with patients ranging from inpatient treatment to penitentiary custody. Franks was woefully felonious and experimented on and abused his patients like caged animals. He embezzled from the hospital, administered placebos to the patients, and raped the women and girls. London suffered dissociative identity disorder, and from that, he was placed in the "Madhouse", the floor with the most dangerous patients when he was a boy. When London tried to escape, Franks hit him with a car ad presumably killed him, the hospital covering it up. London was instead alive, and he went underground, eventually grew to steal the ID of a dead medical student, Clark Stevens (who became his alter), and got himself admitted for training at the hospital. As London continued to see the hospital's workings, he witnessed Franks' crimes and began recalling his suppressed memories, in part by hallucinating himself as a boy around the hospital grounds and the voice of himself in Cell #44. As he recalled his trauma more, London killed the staff and patients who knew who he was and so as to terrorize Franks, who fought with his own staff when the walls were closing in on him. When Franks was destroying evidence of his crimes, London arrived with an ax, revealed who he was, and hacked Franks to death. Once London was done, he abandoned the hospital, which was presumably closed after the massacre, and he changed his identity for training at other facilities.
