Aldair Carlos Nascimento is a minor character in the video game Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere, serving as a supporting character in the "General Resource" route and a minor antagonist in the other routes. He is the chief executive officer of General Resource as of the start of its conflict with Neucom.
His voice actor is unknown.

Aldair Nascimento was born on July 21 in 1964. He graduated from Pehjing University's Department of Economics, started working at General Resource and eventually became the company's leader. It's unconfirmed but presumed that he oversaw such incidents as the Darkness of Enigma controversy and transferring of Gilbert Park to UPEO. He also had several heart transplants changed until he was fitted with an artificial heart shortly before the events of Electrosphere on his own volition.
Electrosphere[]
Nascimento doesn't feature in the story until General Resource's attack on the plane carrying UPEO's delegate Gabriel Clarkson. Should Nemo, while being on UPEO's side, or Rena Hirose shoot the plane down, he will contact Gilbert Park, accusing him of killing Clarkson when he needed him alive, revealing that Nascimento himself wasn't behind the attack. He wonders who gave Park a chance to turn on both General and Neucom, and warns the SARF commander that he may not have a place to return to. Soon after the incident, regardless of its outcome, Aldair is announced to have died due to his heart transplant's failure. It's heavily hinted that Park and Abyssal Dision were behind his death. It's unknown who became the new leader of General Resource.
