Alder is a supporting antagonist in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. He is a member of the Begnion Occupational Army serving under his commander, Jarod.

Biography[]

For most of the story, Alder merely assists Jarod in his crimes, including helping Jarod captured both Micaiah and Laura for some time. However, after many Failed attempts to bring down the Dawn Brigade, their leader Numida abandons the Occupational Army, leaving them to die. Despite this, Jarod and Alder continue to plan to take down their foes, using Alder's forces to distract the Daein Liberation Army to lure their soldiers away from Micaiah so Jarod can ambush her. However, the Black Knight makes a surprise appearance, blocking the attack. Alder then rushes to help Jarod fight, in which he dies while his master flees.
