Alejandro Perez is the main antagonist of Season 7 of Desperate Housewives, and the overarching antagonist of Season 8.
He was portrayed by Tony Plana.
Appearance[]
Alejandro Perez wears a black fedora in almost all of his scenes. He also wears a grey cargo jacket, beige jeans and grey sneakers. Perez has short grey hair and a short grey beard. Under his cargo jacket he is wearing a tan polo.
Biography[]
Alejandro Perez was Gabrielle Solis's stepfather who’d often molest her. He married Gaby's mother when Gaby was 15 and sexually assaulted her one night when Perez became drunk. No one believed her which subsequently led Gaby to run away to be come a famous model. Perez divorced Gaby's mother later on and he changed his name to Ramon Sanchez. He married another woman named Claudia and molested her daughter Marisa.
Alejandro left for Wisteria Lane (Gaby's residence) several years later to look for Gaby. The viewers are introduced to Alejandro when Gaby and her daughter Juanita are sleeping outside in a tent. Gaby is sleeping in a tent with her daughter to prove to her that there are no murders on the lawn. Juanita is proven however, Gaby sees a shadow outside (Alejandro) and becomes scared herself.

Gaby asks her friend Bree for one of her many guns for protection, but Bree signs her up for lessons instead. During one of these lessons, Gaby realizes that she doesn't want to shoot anyone and the instructor kicks her out of the lessons. Then Gaby figures out who that shadow is and then rejoins the lessons which much more of a desire to shoot someone.
After seeing Alejandro she chases him into a forest where he becomes trapped with Gaby pointing a gun to his face. However, Alejandro apologizes for molesting Gaby in the past and then she loses the courage to shoot him and walks away.
However, Alejandro broke into Gaby's home to molest Gaby once again, but Alejandro was never successful because Gaby's husband whacked Alejandro in the back of the head with a candlestick killing him when he was unarmed.
Post-Death[]

After Alejandro is killed by Carlos, Gaby's friends (Lynette, Bree, and Susan) come over for a dinner party previously planned. Gaby's friends see the body lying in on the ground. The hide the body until the end of the party. The group stuff the body in a red sack and bury him in the middle of a forest. This murder becomes the plot point for the 8th and final season of Desperate Housewives.
