Alexander Slater is a secondary antagonist of Resident Evil: Extinction. He was an Umbrella Corporation's executive and Dr. Sam Isaacs's second-in-command.
He was portrayed by Matthew Marsden.
Biography[]
Early life[]
It's completely unknown about Slater's early life before the events of the movie, but he was already a high-ranking umbrella officer and after the global T-Virus pandemic he, alongside all other Umbrella leaders and employees, escape ed the apocalypse by hiding in the underground bunkers. Slater was appointed to be Dr. Isaacs's right-hand man and he also showed disgust to the incompetence of Major Cain.
Extinction[]
Despite being Dr. Isaacs's subordinate, in really he answers personally to Chairman Wesker. However, after constantly quarreling with Dr. Isaacs because of his scientific failures and illegal experimentations, Isaacs got bitten by a zombie, and officer Slater was ordered to execute the treacherous scientist for his treason. Slater shoots down Isaacs, but because of his infection Isaacs transforms into the monster and kills Slater, before proceeding to slaughter all of them facility's staff and soldiers.
