Alfredo Manicotti is the main antagonist of the Tubi original Pastacolypse.
He's billionaire chef who hated the world for banning gluten from the world. At a global pasta contest he was caught using gluten in his lasagna and was disqualified for using an illegal ingredient. He had to hide from the cops till he come by a pawn shop and the owner gives him an artifact called "The Noodle of Destiny". He got to the National Gluten Reserve where the gluten is kept where he encountered a farmer Al Dente Bob who's a fan of his pasta. When he does a spell above a gluten silo he got distracted by the electric pickle Bob invented. Bob picked up the jar which spilled juice and caused Alfredo to slip into the gluten and Bob. When Alfredo came out he become a pasta humanoid along with Bob. The start making a pasta army and order them to attack the world creating "Pastacolypse".

When he was human he was pretty fat had tan skin, has black hair into the form of devil horns, and an Italian chef's mustache. He's suit is white with black buttons and has a yellow circles on it's wrist and ankles and a yellow M on his shirt pocket. He wears black shoes.
After his accident he looked more slimed. His arms and legs became long pasta noodles covered in blood (or marinara sauce). As he ripped off his face it was spaghetti noodles with a sauce nose, bowtie noodles on his exposed brain, macaroni eye brows, and orange and yellow eyes. His suit was just a shirt that became slightly tanned with rips at the sleeves and bottom of the shirt black on top of the collar, also the M is missing. His black shoes still remained.
After the explosion at the end of the movie he was underwater wearing a old-fashion diver suit.
