Alien Garut is the main antagonist of the final Heisei Ultraseven arc titled EVOLUTION. He is an alien invader who seeks to conquer Earth through legal means.

History

After Ultraseven was banised and imprisoned on the dark nebula, Garut soon traveled to Earth disguised as a human researcher in a observatory named Tachiro . At the time Earth the Defense Forces had signed a peace treaty with all the other invading aliens. While in this disguise, he began monitoring Ultraseven as he attempted to contact and reunite with his old human host Masaki Kazamori.

Upon meeting Kazamori in person, he proclaimed himself as an observer who wanted to witness humanity's evolution first hand up close. In reality reality, he simply just another invader. However, unlike past invaders who tried conquering Earth through force, Garut wanted to do so legally. To do this, he tampered with the Akashic Records and hid behind the scenes while having other villains like Alien Pegassa, Alien Gadola , the psychic children, and a traitor within TDF do his dirty work. Additionally, he Alien Garut also decided to use the Plant Life form as the fake copy he made and gave to Ultra guard dictated that her kind would replace humanity as the dominant species.

Despite this though, the Ultra Guard were eventually able to discover his plan so in response, he sent his monster Gaimos to kill them, culminating Kazamori transforming into Seven and battling. As soon as this happened, Garut grew giant size and began to help Gaimos. Luckily, Seven was quickly able to overcome both of them and defeat them, ending the former’s attempted invasion.
