Not safe is this part of town for a young widow at this hour. What are you hiding? Might need to take a little peek at that pretty face. Although I don't know if it's gonna stay pretty... much longer.
~ Alistair attempting to sexually assault The Widow, unbeknownst to her intentions.
You haven't even managed to figure out who killed Alistair Simcoe. Can't be that hard. Throw a brick and even you would hit someone he screwed!
~ Basil Garvey to Kenneth Rijkers regarding Alistair.

Alistair Simcoe is a minor antagonist in the fifth season of the horror anthology series Slasher, titled Ripper.

He is a rich yet perverted and deranged gentleman whose sadistic tendencies in sexual intercourse ended in his brutal and humiliating death at the hands of a serial killer known as The Widow, kickstarting the events of the season.

He was portrayed by Shaun Benson.

Biography[]

Alistair is a rich gentleman of unknown occupation who is friend and associate of the ruthless tycoon Basil Garvey, who owns half the town of 19th century Toronto.

He was held by a terrible reputation as he was known to carve the faces of every harlot he could afford with a knife hidden in his cane. Thanks to this, he was banned from every brothel in town and had to resort to dwell the streets looking for prey, being harlots or just any girl he could clutch his hands on wandering alone at night.

Despite of this, Alistair managed to get married with a woman named Regina whom he apparently held in high steem, even leaving all of his wealth and belongings to her in his will. However this didn't stop Alistair's sadistic urges and he resorted to live a double life, even transforming his office in his personal BDSM cave full of depravity.

Alistair was a key element in the murder of Margaret Mehar orchestrated by his long time friend Basil, serving as his personal executioner to carry on his murderous stratagem. Twelve years later after the fact, a serial killer known as The Widow is looking for vengeance against every person involved in Margaret's murder. Alistair was the first to kickstart the Widow's massacre, being tied up to a wall and having prune shears shoved down his anus to subsequently cut off his spine.

His gruesome murder set the example for the grim fate that was about to fall upon Basil and associates. It is up to Detective Kenneth Rijkers to stop The Widow and uncover the truth before its too late.
