Alpharius Omegon is the enigmatic primarch of the Alpha Legion Chaos Space Marines. While believed by the galaxy at large to simply be one man, in reality they are a pair of identical twins, one called Alpharius and the other Omegon, and are the only joint primarchs in existence. Due to the intense secrecy that surrounds their legion, not even their sons know of the other brother's existence, with only the most elite individuals being aware of this secret. This, coupled with the fact that all Alpha Legion members introduce themselves as Alpharius, it actually isn't known which brother is the one still alive, and which brother met his end in a battle against Rogal Dorn.

- As nobody is certain of the Alpha Legion's true loyalty, not even the Alpha Legion itself, it is speculated that one brother chose the path of the heretics, and the other remained loyalist.
