Alric is a supporting character in the TV series Wolfblood. He is the main antagonist of the second season, and a major anti-heroic protagonist from the third season onwards.
Personality[]
Alric is a ruthless, aggressive wild wolfblood. He hates humans and wolfbloods who live among them.
However, Alric is a loving parent to his daughter, Jana, and the main reason why he does things is to protect her.
Biography[]
Alric is the alpha of a wild Wolfblood pack that the main Wolfblood, Rhydian, joins in series 2.
Alric does not trust Rhydian and treats him like an outsider, being against "tame" wolfbloods (wolfbloods that live in secrecy in human society). Eventually, Alric finds out that his daughter, Jana, has been taken by Rhydian to experience the human world. Furious at the endangerment and "corruption" of his daughter, Alric has Rhydian sentenced to be tied to a giant rock. Fortunately, Rhydian's mother, Ceri, frees Rhydian, who flees. Realising Rhydian's escape, Alric chases after the young Wolfblood, followed by his betas, Aran and Meinir.
Rhydian is chased by Alric, Aran and Meinir to the house of Rhydian's friend, Maddy, and her family, wolfbloods that live among humans in secrecy. Maddy's human friends, Tom and Sharon, who have been watching Maddy and her family in wolf form in their basement, let Rhydian in through the basement doors, while following him in to escape Alric.
Alric, Aran and Meinir are later seen at Rhydian and Maddy's school. Rhydian lures the three wild Wolfbloods into the empty main hall, where Maddy shows photos that she took of Alric, threatening to expose them to humans. Alric leaves, but not before declaring Maddy's pack his enemies.
